1 ضوابط إستخدام شبكة الجامعة و األنترنت عمادة اإلتصاالت و تقنية المعلومات تعريفات: الجامعة: هي جامعة الدمام. الشبكة: الشبكة الخاصة بجامعة الدمام. المستخدم: أي شخص يملك حساب للشبكة في جامعة الدمام. األنترنت: شبكة الا نترنت العالمية. ضوابط اإلستخدام: 1. تسري أحكام هذه السياسة على جميع منسوبي الجامعة (هيي ة تدريس موظفون طلاب). 2. تشمل هذه الضوابط شبكة الجامعة كاملة سواء كانت سلكية أو لاسلكية أو اي طريقه يتم الا تصال عن طريقها بشبكة الجامعة. 3. تتيح جامعة الدمام للموظفين الوصول إلى الا نترنت لمساعدتهم في القيام بواجباتهم المناطة بهم والمتعلقة بالجامعة ويجب أن يتم استخدامه لا غراض متعلقة بوظاي فهم و يجب ألا تستخدم لا غراض لاتمت للعمل بصله. 4. يجب عدم استخدام الاتصال بالا نترنت من خلال الجامعة لا ي أغراض غير قانونية أو غير شرعية. 5. يجب على المستخدمين عدم محاولة خداع أو إفساد إجراءات الا من على موارد شبكة الجامعة أو أي نظام آخر متصل بالا نترنت أو يمكن الوصول إليه من خلال الا نترنت. و اذا ثبت ذلك يكون الموظف عرضة للمساي لة القانونية. 6. يجب على مستخدمي الجامعة عدم إنشاء نسخ غير قانونية من المواد المحمية بحقوق نشر أو استخدامها أو تخزين مثل هذه النسخ على أجهزة الجامعة أو إرسالها عبر شبكة الجامعة. كما يمنع الاستخدام غير القانوني مثل إرسال أو تحميل أو نشر أي مادة تنتهك القوانين المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية أو منافية للا خلاق أو التعاليم الا سلامية أو أي من القواعد والا نظمة.

2 7. يجب على مستخدمي الجامعة الذين يتعرفون على أو يلاحظون مشكلة أمنية فعلية أو مشتبه بها الاتصال على الفور بالدعم الفني بالعمادة. 8. يمنع إضافة أو حذف أو تعديل معلومات الشبكة في محاولة للخداع أو التضليل ويمنع كذلك محاولة انتحال شخصية ما عن طريق معلومات مزورة عن طريق شبكة الجامعة. 9. يمنع إستخدام الانترنت لا رسال رساي ل الكترونية غير مرغوب بها. كذلك يمنع أي نشاط يسهل من عملية إرسال تلك الرساي ل سواءكان محتوى الرسالة تجاري أو غير ذلك. 10.يمنع إنشاء خدمات تسمح للا خرين إلى الوصول لجهازك أو في محاولة الوصول إلى حسابات الا خرين أو محاولة اختراق الا جراءات الا منية لجامعة الدمام. 11.يمنع الحصول على معلومات شخصية أو معلومات تخص العمل أو محاولة الحصول عليها لا طراف ثالثة دون علم الا شخاص المعنيين أو موافقتهم. كاخذ معلومات شخصيه لمسو ول بالجامعة وارسالها لطرف آخر بدون علمه و موافقته على ذلك. 12.يمنع إعادة إتاحة خدمة الا نترنت المقدمة من قبل الجامعة لطرف خارجي دون الحصول على ترخيص من جامعة الدمام بذلك. 13.تعطيل الشبكات والاستخدام غير الشرعي: أي نشاط قد يو ثر سلبيا على قدرة الا خرين في استخدام خدمات الانترنت المقدمة من الجامعة. ويتضمن ذلك هجمات "رفض الخدمة". كذلك يحظر التدخل أو تعطيل شبكات مستخدمين آخرين أو أجهزة الشبكات. وعلى المستخدم الحرص على أمان الشبكة. ويجب على الطالب وعضو هيي ة التدريس والموظف عدم السماح للا خرين باستخدام الشبكات الخاصة بهم لا عمال غير قانونية أو غير لاي قة. وعلى المستخدم الحفاظ على الشبكة الخاصة به بحيث لا يسمح باقتحام طرف ثالث لها. 14.تمنع الاتصالات الطويلة أو المستنزفة أو تسجيل الدخول المتعدد كما يمنع استخدام الحساب الشخصي للاستخدام المستنزف للمصادر وتحتفظ جامعة الدمام بالحق في إلغاء أي اتصال يتبين انه مستنزف للخدمة أو انه في وضع غير مفعل لفترة طويلة. 15.للحصول على خدمة الا نترنت يجب أن يكون المستخدم حاصل على أسم مستخدم معروف و كلمة مرور. و يمنع استخدام الا نترنت بدون اسم مستخدم با ي شكل من الا شكال. 16.يمكن فقط الوصول الى الا نترنت با ستخدام شبكة الا نترنت الخاصه بالجامعة فقط ولا يجوز استخدام أي طريقة أخرى. مثل توصيل إنترنت تجاري و توصيله بشكبة الجامعة بدون علم العمادة و أخذ موافقة بذلك.

3 17.عدم تحميل جميع أنواع البرامج من الا نترنت وتثبيتها على أجهزة الحاسب الا لي الخاصة بالجامعة. وفي حال ضرورة تنزيل برامج تخص العمل يرجى التواصل مع الدعم الفني للمساعدة. 18.عدم تزوير هويتك على شبكة الا نترنتكشخص آخر. (أنتحال شخصية في شبكة الا نترنت). 19.عدم إستخدام الا نترنت بشكل يعرقل إستخدام الا خرين مثل نشر الفيروسات أو إرسال رساي ل مسلسلة ) Denial.(of service 20.من حق الجامعة أن تقوم بمراقبة ورصد كل نشاط يقوم به المستخدم على الانترنت وتسجيله وإصدار تقارير بهذا الخصوص. **** 21.تخلي الا دارة مسي وليتها عن أي مواد يتم الوصول إليها عبر الانترنت وعن أي تلف يتم التعرض له وأية عواقب أخرى لاستخدام الانترنت. وهذا يتضمن البيانات التي يتم استرجاعها أثناء الاتصال بالشبكة. 22.للجامعة الحق في حجب أي موقع او مجموعة مواقع حسب ماتقتضيه الحاجه. 23.عدم دخول مواقع مشبوهه للا ختراق و تنزيل برامج أختراق او تجسس على أجهزة الجامعة أو الا جهزة الشخصيه داخل الجامعة. 24.عدم محاولة أختراق مواقع أو أجهزة داخل أو خارج شبكة الجامعة با ستخدام أي أجهزة أو أي طريقه كانت بقصد أو بدون قصد. 25. يحق للجامعة إتخاذ الا جراي ات اللتي تراها مناسبة في حق من يخالف هذه السياسه. 26.تحتفظ الجامعة بالتعديل في هذه السياسة في أي وقت.

4 Internet Usage Policy Information & Communication Technology Deanship Definitions: University: University of Dammam. Network: Network at the University of Dammam User: any person who owns an account in the network at the University of Dammam Internet: International internet. Usage Roles: 1. This regulations apply to all those related to University of Dammam (Faculty, staff, students). 2. This policy include full university network, whether wired or wireless, or any device connected to the University Network. 3. University of Dammam allows staff to access the Internet in order to help them in carrying out their duties for the university and must be used for purposes related to their jobs and should not be used for their own purposes that aren t job related. 4. Users should not use the university network in any illegal act nor use it to login or surf illegal sites, for instance, gambling or hacking. 5. Users should not attempt to deceive or corrupting the security standers on the University network or any other device connected to the Internet or can be accessed through the Internet. When that act is proven the employee shall be subject to legal accountability. 6. University users must not create illegal copies or violate copyright protected material in order to use, or save such copies on university devices or send them through the University network. It also prevents the illegal use such as sending or downloading or publishing any material that violates the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or immoral materials that is against the Islamic rules and regulations. 7. Users who get to know or notice security problem or suspected any act, must immediately contact Technical Support of the University.

This policy prevents users of adding, deleting, or adjust any information on university network in an attempt to deceive or mislead and do not attempt to impersonate through falsified information through the university network. 9. Users aren t allowed to use the Internet to send unwanted s. Also prevents any activity that facilitates the process of sending those messages, whether commercial s content or otherwise. 10. Prevents the creations of services allow others to access your computer or try to access the accounts of others, or attempt to hack the security system of University of Dammam. 11. Prevents access to personal or related to work information or try to get them to third parties without the knowledge of the persons concerned or their consent. For example, taking personal information of the Deans and send it to another party without his knowledge and consent. 12. Users are prevented to re-access or giving their Internet password that is provided to them by the university to an outside party without obtaining a license from the University of Dammam first. 13. Network display and illegal use: any activity that may adversely affect the ability of others to use the Internet services provided by the university. This includes denial of service attacks. 14. The university prevents long calls or multiple sign, it also prevents the use of personal account that depleted the network, and the University reserves the right to cancel any connection that deplete the network or any accounts that have not been active. 15. In order to get into the university network user must have a user name and a password, and no user shall login to the network without having an account. 16. The only way to access to the university s network is to have a valid account, and any other way such as plugging their own internet to the university network shall be considered as a violation unless they have the deans approval. 17. The university prevents downloading any programs and installed in the university s computers, when it s necessary to do so they must contact technical support for assistance. 18. False identity information, or any attempt of impersonating will be considered as fraud. 19. Users must not use the internet in any way that will interfere with the other user s usage such as spreading virus or sending continues s, or denial of service to other sites. 20. The University reserves the right to monitor all activities performed by the users of the internet by recording and reporting them.

6 21. ICT Deanship is not responsible of the internet content that been browsed by the end user, or problems that might happened to user from browsing untrusted websites. 22. The University has the right to block any site or group of sites according to its needs. 23. Users must not attempt to hack sites or devices inside or outside the university network by using any devices wither this attempt was done intentionally or not. 24. The University reserves the right to take any action that violates this policy. 25. The University reserves the right to make any amendments of this policy at any time.
